RSAC’2019 Convened in Lishui City

From October 19 to October 20, RSAC’2019, organized by the Regional Science Association of China (RSAC) and the Zhejiang Federation of Humanities and Social Sciences Circles, kicked off in Lishui, with theme of exploring the "Green Is Gold" theory. The attendees included over 160 experts and scholars from Peking University, Fudan University, Renmin University of China, Jilin University, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences and other universities and research institutes.

Opening Ceremony

During the conference, the experts and scholars participated in the academic exchanges on more than 60 topics suchas the Transformative Thinking and Practice under the Concept of "Green Is Gold" and " Research on the Path to Transforming Ecological Products into Green Industry". The following leaders made keynote speeches: Yang Kaizhong, President of the RSAC, Fan Hengshan, Honorary President of the RSAC,Chen Guangju, Deputy Dean of Liangshan College (Lishui) China, Shi Minjun, Executive Vice Director of the RSAC, Yu Fawen, Executive Vice Director and Secretary-General of the China Ecological Economics Society, and Wang Yuanwei from the China Development Bank Institute.

Furthermore, experts from universities and research institutions such as Yunnan University,Capital University of Economics and Business, Northeastern University and the Regional Science Association of China also hosted the high-level talks on "East,South,west,and North China:Which Is the Best in Ecological Civilization Construction ". The events were diversified, novel and fruitful.

The high-level talks

At noon on October 20, an awarding ceremony was convened for outstanding papers authored by the youth and for excellent committees of the RSAC. The two-day RSAC2019 successfully came to a close at the Huaqiao New Century Grand Hotel Lishui. The closing ceremony was chaired by Yang Kaizhong, President of the RSAC with the attendees of the representatives of Liangshan College (Lishui) China, China (Lishui) and the China Celadon Institute. At the closing ceremony, a flag handover ceremony was held and the flag was solemnly handed over to the next sponsor–Yunnan University.
